He scattered seven hits over the seven innings, giving up only one extra-base knock. f+bJason Gonzalezf-b went 2-for-4 with two RBIs, and f+bBrett Nigburf-b had two doubles and an RBI. The Warriors play at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the finals of the winner's bracket of the 5A state playoffs. Viewmont will play Bingham at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in a losers-out game.
