The Tigers overcame a 14-strikeout performance from Cyprus ace Joe Wice by scoring the tying run with two-outs in the seventh and the winning run in the ninth on a Ryan Fehlberg single. Wice committed a throwing error in each of those innings. Orem's Andy Wilding pitched nine innings and struck out 12 for the win.
